Spinning, Circuit Training & Yoga classes!!

Fitness Connection is the newest state of the art personal training and fitness center in our area. Body Masters, Cybex and Parrillo training equipment, cardio machines, special shock absorbent aerobic flooring, Spinning, tanning and the hottest pro shop in town are all featured at Fitness Connection. When combined with separate full service locker rooms, towel service, Botanical body care products and their extensive stock of vitamins and supplements, Fitness Connection offers a comprehensive alternative to regular "gyms" and "health clubs". 

Fitness Connection programs include circuit weight training, regular body fat testing, nutrition counseling, lifestyle management, body postural analysis private and semi-private training sessions, aerobic classes and machines. Their clients have had success with reducing body fat in half in eight weeks for those who follow their expert advice. 

All programs are implemented by certified and insured trainers with owner/trainer Carla Gray at the helm. In fact area insurance companies have authorized Fitness Connection for policy holders on their road to recovery. They are a co-ed facility catering to teens, seniors, men, women, athletes and special populations. For those people interested in results instead of contracts drop by and take a tour of the facility.

We Have Expanded!
We have doubled our cardio area and increased our hours since the storm.  Fitness Connection was one of the first Health Clubs to reopen after flooding for Katrina.  We were proud to reopen Oct 3rd to again service our customers.  We now have a new and improved health club to offer you.  So if you are a busy person this is for you!  Come to Fitness connection where we have fitness for EVERYBODY!

Aerobic Schedule
Circuit Weight Training:
We create a course of 13 weight or cardio stations. Work up to making three laps, ending with abs and stretching. 1 hour and is taught by a personal trainer. Fee Required.

Spin Class: All levels
Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 pm * Saturday at 10:00 am. * Tuesday at 7:00 am. * Wednesday and Friday at 7 am.

Flexible Strength: A blend of Yoga, Active Isolated Stretching, Pilates Mat, Dance and Core Stabilization.
Saturday at 11:00 am
Tuesday at 7 pm

Seniors' Classes: Monday & Thursday 10 am
